OUR TEAM

At Merced Farming we take pride in employing local people. Our permanent staff are crucial to running our farming operations and capital works around our properties. At peak times such as grain harvest, irrigation and cotton picking we also have casual positions available for locals and those travelling on working visas.

We love working in agriculture and have a commitment to helping young people start their own careers in agriculture. We regularly take on young people completing School Based Traineeships or in Gap Year positions after completing their HSC.
